Office Manager / Executive Assistant to Chairman

Fintech is currently looking for a highly versatile, multiskilled and result oriented individual to fill a very strategic vacant position in the organisation.

Position: Office Manager / Executive Assistant to Chairman

QUALIFICATION:

BSc/HND in a Business or infotech related field 

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENT: 

Minimum of 2 Years post NYSC in related areas. Candidates with higher academic degrees and professional certifications will be preferred. The job may require irregular working hours and may involve frequent travels. Ability to drive will be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITY

• Oversee the daily operations and administration to ensure  smooth running of the organization
• Organizing and managing meetings with staff, partners and other stakeholders.
• Managing the company's accounting, financial and banking transactions.
• Manage social, print, web media and all external relationships for the organization
• Ensure compliance with government and other regulatory agencies
• Prepare, review and finalise legal and various partnership agreements in liaising with the legal team.
• Manage projects, programs and events as may be assigned from time to time.
• Provide support to the office of the Chairman and manage the Chairman's programs and official activities.
