The Caracal Oil & Gas Support Group is an offshore oilfield solutions group of companies established in 2013 with the vision to bring world class operating standards to support offshore West African oil and gas operators.

We are currently looking to engage experienced professionals to join us within the capacity below:

Job Position: Offshore Construction Manager
Job Location: Nigeria

Job Roles and Functions

• Ensure that operational performance is in line with the project schedule and expectation.
• Ensure that all records and documents required by legislation, Company and Client are maintained and readily available.
• Maintain good communications and relations with the Client, project management, onshore management team and the offshore management team at all times.
• Minimize the cost of operations while maintaining optimum operational performance.
• Ensure all project equipment is operated and deployed in accordance with its design and operating parameters.
• Ensure the operations team are fully briefed on work scopes and understand their duties.
• Attendance at project, hazid meetings. Ensure appraisals of the Construction Crew are carried out timely as a minimum.
• Convening and recording daily onboard operations meetings, project and safety briefings.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Engineering, Project Management + 18 years experience.
• Age 30-60.
