1.) Quality Control & Procurement Supervisor

Job Description
- As Quality Control / Procurement Supervisor, your role involves implementing stringent quality control measures and managing supplier relationships.
- The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet specified standards.
- Inspect incoming materials and finished products to meet quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes and provide feedback to improve quality.
- Address and resolve any quality issues or defects promptly.
- Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing practices.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand and meet quality and procurement requirements.
- Communicate quality control standards and procedures to all relevant departments.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality control processes and standards.
- Prepare, maintain, and present detailed records/reports of quality inspections, tests, and audits on quality control and procurement activities to senior management.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.

Person Specification
- B.Sc in Fashion Design and Clothing Technology, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in quality control and procurement in the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.

2.) Customer Experience / Online Associate (Fashion)

- The Customer Experience / Online Associate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and chat professionally and courteously.
- Provide information about products, services, and orders to customers.
- Process returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Track and report on customer feedback and issues to improve the overall customer experience.
- Interact with followers, reposting content, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful conversations to build relationships.
- Prepare reports on customer service metrics and social media performance for review by management.

3.) Account Officer
Job Location: Maryland, Lagos

Reports to: Operations Lead and CCO (Chief Creative Officer).
Job Description
- In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our business.
- You'll be responsible for a range of accounting tasks, working closely with various departments to maintain accurate financial records and contribute to the company's success.
- You will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and examine financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting standards such as GAAP and IFRS.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances, and providing insights for decision-making.
- Reconciliations: Reconcile expenses, bank balance, revenue and inventory receipts.
- Audit and Assurance: Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documentation.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure the company’s compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
