We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Control Room Operator


Job Location: Lagos
Job Engagement: Full-time
Function: Support

Purpose

  • To attend promptly to all calls and clients’ cases and to assist with technical & recovery jobs, in accordance with Cartrack policies and procedures.
  • To ensure prompt, efficient and effective support to clients’ inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to incoming events from tracking units by immediately contacting clients to confirm or verify that all is in order with the vehicles.
  • Provide support when required for none streaming issues to clients that call directly to Cartrack.
  • Attend to inbound calls from clients testing units or requesting positions on vehicles.
  • Escalate complex matters to systems support and IT- Support staff.
  • Coordinate all control room recoveries.
  • Provide weekly reports to Management.
  • Identify anomalies or faults from incoming cases.
  • Assist the Technical team during installations.
  • Attend to all activities during the shift.

Qualifications Required

Experience Required:

  • 2 years in Call Centre environment (inbound and outbound)

Job Position: IT Support Technician / Helpdesk Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Main Purpose of the Job

  • To install and configure computer hardware, trouble shoot, diagnose and solve hardware and soft ware faults for the employees and the clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
  • Support the staff and clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
  • Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system and supporting the roll-out of new applications;
  • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
  • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
  • Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases and promptly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers;
  • Testing and evaluating new technology;
  • Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
  • Visit client sites to assist other technical staff.
  • To support users remotely.
  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
  • Perform any other duty as may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor.

  • Experience: Two (2) to three (3) years experience Basic Linux and Windows Servers Experience and excellent Knowledge of windows applications.
  • Linux Suse skills required.
  • Networking skills required. DSL/Wifi
  • GPS and GSM skills Beneficial.
  • Good product knowledge.

Job Position: Junior Finance Assistant
Job Location: Lagos
Function: Accounting
Type: Full Time

Main Purpose of the Job

  • To provide work flow in the finance processes by ensuring efficient and effective documentation in line with Country regulations; being proactive in the management of the financial processes, through a rigorous accounting and provide accurate and timely reports as and when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all journal entries are posted correctly.
  • Regular updates to financial statements and reports
  • Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Prepare monthly payroll.
  • Regular follow-up on all outstanding debts for specific customer accounts in liaison with the respective sales staff and Credit collections team
  • Verify facts of all transactions before processing for approval
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures of the finance department.
  • Maintain records of all financial transaction and correspondence s in the requisite files (invoices, credit notes, remittance slips, copies of withholding VAT and any other accountable correspondence)
  • Ensure that collections and banking are done in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and maintain accurate records of all debt collection activity.
  • Involve the sales team in risk management and collection of overdue payments, providing them with appropriate information.
  • Assist with resolution on client complaints on billing.
  • Carry out periodic stock and inventory checks
  • Develop and maintain strong working relations with the sales and operations departments
  • Perform any other duty as may be assigned to you by your Supervisor from time to time.

Key Result Areas:

  • Regular follow-up on all outstanding VAT/ WHT receipts for specific customer accounts in liaison with the credit control team.
  • Verify facts of sales alterations before any payment confirmations & proforma invoices are issued.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures of the finance department.
  • Ensure that billing instructions are clear and strictly adhered to, especially on the Cartrack platforms (CAMS)
  • Timely preparation of finance reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customers financial standing with Cartrack.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of customer account and amicable resolution of customer complaints.
  • Perform any other duty as may be assigned by your Supervisor from time to time.

Minimum Requirements

  • Qualification: Minimum B.Sc degree in Finance or Accounting Option and Certified Public Accountant CPA (K) ACCA with CIA and CISA certifications
  • Experience: At least two years in Financial Accounting in a medium sized organization.
