We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) National Key Account Manager - Premium Spirits
Job Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Develops for the PS Category the KA Channel vision and Long-Term strategy in cooperation with his LM and PS Lead Team.
- Communicates this vision and the PS Commercial strategy ensuring its understanding in KA department, sales function and within CC Hellenic.
- Cooperates in training and coaches KAMs and whole KA Sales Teams to ensure PS Category understanding and priorities.
- Ensures PS integration for KA at all levels b/n sales and other functions: marketing, finance, warehouse, distribution
- Builds Annual PS BP and TOP 5 NKA Customer plans & strategy in line with the PS Business Plan
- Every Quarter presents progress of the Customer Plan both Externally to customers and Internally to KA Director and PS & HORECA Director
- In partnership with the PS Trade Marketing Managers develops cost-effective promotional and marketing activities to support PS Sales Volume and Brand Equity Building
- Monitors all PS related KPI's for KA Channel (VOL/NSR, NSR/UC/Distribution Targets/Activation)
- Creates routines for monitoring PS Pricing and Trade Activities and reports internally on Monthly basis
- Creates routines and Trade Visit Schedule across Total Country to monitoring execution at all levels and support the Regions.
- Leads in partnership with the KA and PS Team the FSUs Placement Plan and makes sure that is executed with excellence.
- Manages the Space Rental PS budget in cooperation with the PS Trade Marketing Team
- Leads internally the PS Agenda in KA and leads all Routines with KAMs and KA Sales Reps.
- Ensures PS Forecasting Accuracy and provides the PS numbers in respective Demand Planning Routine
- Represents PS in all QBRs preparing content for his Channel and leads Market Visits for PS that take place in alignment with the Directors (KA and PS&HORECA)
- Ensures CC Hellenic, PS Brand Partner products and FSUs quality compliance & in store execution.
- Builds productive relationships with field sales team, capabilities unit, RtM, Marketing, Finance, Legal, BSO, BSS, and PS Brand Partners.

- Excellent PS Category Knowledge and KA Channel & Customer knowledge (both NKA/LKA)
- At least 5 years of business experience on the PS market, in the area of Sales - KAM/LKA or Trade Marketing & at least 3 years’ experience in managing direct reports.
- Formal education: University degree BA and MBA in Marketing/Business Administration or Economics will be considered as a plus+
- Proven record of sales targets achievement and coaching.
- Experience in more than one city/market type and in leading complex, strategic commercial projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills and high ability to influence senior stakeholders and peers

2.) Production Shift Leader - Husky
Job Location: Benin, Edo
Job type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Ensure the planning of shift/line production, execution of Husky Preform, providing Preform of defined quality at optimal cost by organizing team members and available assets while minimizing waste and impact to environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize work allocation on the line within shift to ensure optimal production plan execution and preventive maintenance.
- Organize and conducts effective Shift review meetings addressing shift performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Oversee Maintenance of a wide range of electromechanical injection molding equipment, facility and utility plants with varying degrees of automation on top condition through routine, preventive and condition-based maintenance.
- Ensure and organize problem-solving sessions and related activities with team members and key stakeholders (KAIZEN).
- Ensure team's compliance with internal policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure shift's/ team's KBIs delivery (Product Quality, H&S, SLE, Yields, GMP, Material Wastage).
- As the preform manufacturing team leader, conduct daily production meetings with the different production disciplines including process controllers and maintenance technicians to analyze previous shift results and make certain that shift reports are prepared on time and according to agreed requirements - Including SAP production confirmation, downtime reporting & emergency breakdown notifications.
- Stops the production immediately if there is objective evidence that the product (Preform) or package do not meet TCCQS, HACCP, ISO 21000 requirements.
- Makes certain that all team members follow the health and safety requirements in the workplace (PPE Compliance).
- Participate in daily, weekly and monthly manufacturing meetings to analyze trends in manufacturing and implement any necessary changes to meet quality and demand.
- Ensure that team members develop the right skills set for performing their job effectively.
- Build strong relationships with key internal customers (Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, H&S) and external stakeholders to ensure optimal shift results.
- Support and suggest continuous processes improvements.
Job Qualifications

3.) Director, North West Africa Controller Lead
Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are hiring a Director Controller for North West Africa.
- This role serves as a multi-country Controller for the North West Africa Franchise Units (FU), primarily responsible for the end-to-end accounting, tax compliance and reporting of US and statutory financial statements for 12 legal entities including ‘sign off’ (certification, validation) of the related full set of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and equity statements).
- This is a People Leader Role.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Leading, engaging and developing a team of 10 direct reports, including contractors.
- Partnering with the Africa Operating Unit (OU) Finance VP and FUs Finance LT to ensure the relevant business support is provided by Finance Hub Controllership.
- Managing routines regarding the identification and mitigation of strategic tax and business risks.
- Serve as lead point for internal audit (CAD) teams when reviewing, testing internal controls and working with external audit partner in local GAAP annual audits across function and geographical spread.
- Establishing processes to ensure sustainable compliance with local tax and country regulations.
- Proactively managing accounting processes and routines across the countries to ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and/or other local accounting regulations as well as Company accounting policies.
- Support the business and corporate tax for new operating models.
- Support global projects within function.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor`s Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the Coca-Cola system or equivalent multinational environment
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS/Local GAAP, Tax Planning and Compliance
- Solid experience with internal and external audit processes
- Understanding of SAP and/or equivalent RTR financial tools and systems
- Relevant involvement in significant change projects and initiatives
- Virtual management across cultures and time zones.
