Dip-Gold Human Development Foundation is a non-profit platform, established to promote empowerment, enlighten and motivate the child/youths to become national leaders. This foundation offers scholarships and educational aids/grants to children, youth adults and women. Dip Gold Human Development Foundation assists at the masses in education, shelters and in the areas of healthcare delivery through training of community health workers, carrying out mobile clinics to the rural areas, organizing health screening programme for common killer diseases, family planning and immunization.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Registered Nurse

Job Location: Eket, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Volunteer

Responsibilities

• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for the NGOwebsites,and similar platforms.
• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
• Using social media to engage with sponsors, respond to questions or partnerships, and to promote NGO initiatives.
• Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
• Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience.

2.) Creative Designer

Job Location: Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Volunteer

Description 

• Interacting with clients to understand their campaigns, goals, and desired deliverables
• Generating design quotes
• Turning a client’s ideas into a comprehensive creative brief
• Working on layouts and the overall presentation of a campaign
• Coordinating with other creatives like artists or photographers for necessary elements
• Thinking creatively to generate visuals that connect with an audience
• Conducting market research
• Working with different mediums and identifying the best option for each project
• Using computer-aided design (CAD) and software like InDesign to generate visuals
• Presenting drafts to the client and making requested updates to the design
• Providing files to necessary vendors like a printer or web designer.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO with 2 - 4 years of work experience.

3.) Event Coordinator

Job Location: Eket, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Volunteer

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements for each event
• Plan events with attention to financial and time constraints
• Book venues and schedule speakers
• Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
• Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
• Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
• Hire personnel
• Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
• Evaluate event’s success and submit reports.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
