We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Sales, Marketing & Reservations Manager 

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

• Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations
• Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details
• Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience
• Answer questions regarding rooms, facilities, rates, and events
• Accurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or any relevant discipline
• 3-5 Years of Sales & Marketing experience with at least 2years as a Reservationist and minimum of 3years experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the Hospitality Industry.
