Job Position: Executive Assistant

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (a background in Law will be preferrable).
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years in a similar role.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and also in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.

Job Position: Engineer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience needed.
• Must be a graduate and have technical background in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and repair heavy duty Security scanners and Power systems.

Job Position: HR / Admin Manager

Job Description

• We are looking to hire a HR / Admin Manager. The person will direct and co-ordinate the human resource and administrative functions of this organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop HR initiatives and activities that are aligned with the core objectives at Jetlink.
• Report to management and provide decision support on staff.
• Management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Consult with management to identify needs and preferred qualifications for staff recruitment and also be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and other requirements.
• Communication with external clients and partners associated with the organisation.

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Human Resource and Admin Management.
• Experience in ISO Certification (Auditing) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle a change in management.

Job Position: IT Engineer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-years experience in the IT industry.
• Major experience in deployment and support services of IBM, HPE and DELL servers.
• Experience in enterprise storage technologies, deployment and support with specialisations in OEMs like NETAPP, HPE, IBM and DELL.
• Certifications with the above OEMs will be a major added advantage.
