1.) Human Resources Executive

Job Description


  • We are looking to hire a young, smart and self-motivated individual who will join the team in providing qualitative and innovative services to our esteemed clients. Our ideal candidate must be very confident, trustworthy, reliable, confident, very well organized with experience in human resources services.

Responsibilities
Provision of the full spectrum of human resources services to external clients on an outsourced basis, which includes:

  • Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for staff.
  • Driving the process of developing and deploying effective induction programmes for new hires.
  • Responsible for payroll administration as well as the implementation of employee compensation/benefits package.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
  • Managing all learning and development processes for staff ranging from Training Needs Assessment, etc.
  • Responsible for drafting HR policies and implementing/communicating HR procedures, that promote a healthy work environment and comply with labor regulations.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in digital or electronic format.
  • Working with relevant line managers to set SMART performance objectives for staff and also track staff progress.
  • Responsible for discussing employees’ career development paths with line managers.
  • Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applying this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field (minimum of second class upper division).
  • 2 - 3 years of working experience in human resources.
  • CIPM / CIPD / SPHRI / PHRI certification required.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Additional training/certification in payroll management is required.

2.) Administrative Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Administrative Manager is responsible for providing a wide range of office management and support to the company including answering phone lines, scheduling/managing calendars, making/confirming meeting arrangements, and writing correspondence, supporting Management with travel arrangements, calendaring, expense reports, etc.
  • You will be responsible for managing the organization's database administration and assisting the CEO and other staff with tackling administrative tasks across the organization and its programs.

Job Description

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Greets visitors, customers, and directs them to requested personnel.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines, prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment, etc. for staff.Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses.
  • Places calls, answers telephones, directs calls, takes messages, faxes as required;
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience as an Administrative Manager/Officer or a related role.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.

3.) Governance & Legal Executive

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • Our ideal candidate must be very confident, trustworthy, reliable, confident, very well organized with experience in company secretarial, legal advisory and human resources services.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and/or review a wide variety of legal agreements.
  • Provide advice/legal opinion on corporate legal issues and business matters as well as labour/employee related issues.
  • Development of guidelines, policies, procedures & governance documents.
  • Incorporate new businesses and develop the governance structure.
  • Provide the full spectrum of company secretarial services to external clients on an outsourced basis.
  • Ensure clients comply with extant law and regulations.
  • Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
  • Conduct Land & Title searches as well as Perfection of title.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • A graduate Degree in Law from a reputable university (minimum of second class upper).
  • Proven 3 - 6 years of post NYSC experience.
  • An LL.M degree would be an added advantage.
  • ICSAN certification would be an added advantage.
  • Commitment and enthusiasm in the delivery of the organization's objectives.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate/company & labour law.
  • Excellent team working abilities
  • Excellent research and writing skills. A record of undertaking research and writing of papers, reports, presentations would be an added advantage.

Job Description

  • Configuration of POS terminals upon request.
  • Managing POS Merchant settlements & reconciliation.
  • Troubleshooting of POS terminals.
  • Regular visits and support of merchants to ensure up-time on POS terminals.
  • Render excellent customer services to merchants.

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience as a POS Support Representative.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be highly organized.

Salary
N80,000 monthly
