1.) Mixologist

Position Overview
- We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as a MIxologist. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, passion, and expertise to the bar, creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly crafted cocktails and top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth bar operations
- Demonstrate proficiency in mixology techniques and a strong knowledge of drink recipes
- Maintain clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
- Stay updated on current beverage trends and suggest new creations to enhance the menu
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender/mixologist in a reputable establishment
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishes
- Relevant certification is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional beverages.
Salary
N60,000 - N100,000 / month.

2.) Accountant

Position Overview
- We are currently seeking a professional Accountant who will play a crucial role in managing financial aspect of the organization to ensure the organization’s fiscal health and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable
- Contribute to financial forecasting and planning
- Implement initiative that can improve a company’s financial growth
- Implement internal controls measures; stock taking, documenting policies and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Track expenses, analyze financial data, and generate reports to aid decision-making
- Identify trends and assess current financial performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and variance analysis (actuals versus budgeted/forecasted)
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of proven work experience as an accountant
- Advanced computer skills on MS Offices, accounting software and databases
- Professional certification will be an added advantage
- Ability to manage large amount of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and supervise.

3.) Restaurant Manager

Position Overview
- We are currently in search of an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations the Restaurant to ensure that all operations run smoothly
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing the entire restaurant operations
- Managing and leading staff activities to ensure delivery of superior customer satisfaction
- Responding efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Monitoring operations and enforcing discipline and/or initiating corrective actions
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
- Handling administration and paperwork including preparation and presenting daily sales reports to management
- Ensuring high standard of hygiene and safely in and around the restaurant and kitchen
- Organizing and supervising shifts
- Training new staff, evaluating staff performance and providing feedback
- Monitoring and controlling costs and minimizing waste
- Making improvements to the running of the business to improve productivity and sales
- Nurturing a positive working environment
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of previous fine-dining restaurant management experience
- Computer literacy
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Good financial management/commercial awareness skills
- Extensive food knowledge (desirable)
- Experience in event planning
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation skills

4.) Head Chef
Job Location: Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experiences and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspect of the kitchen, from menu planning and food preparation to staff management and kitchen hygiene.
- The successful candidate will bring culinary expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable and innovative dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high quality meal
- Collaborate with supervisors & managers to achieve customer satisfaction
- Create menu items, recipes & develop dishes ensuring variety & quality
- Monitor, train & manage kitchen staffs
- Monitor all kitchen equipment, &make request for equipment repairs & replacement as needed
- Abide by & implement portion & waste control directives
- Assist in determine what food items & kitchen supplies need to be purchased.
- Stay abreast of culinary trends & incorporate these in the menu
- Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary
- Anticipating problems, where possible, and recommending appropriate policies
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Male / Female
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience with 5 years as Head Chef
- Culinary Certification will be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with planning menus & ordering ingredients
- Strong knowledge of different cooking techniques, food preparation nd presentation
- Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
- Leadership, Organizational,& time management skills
- Experience in creating & improving menu
- Hands-on experience with cooking a large variety of local meals
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation & safety regulations
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
