1.) Internal Audit Manager
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role as an Internal Audit Manager at Oxygen X located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
- The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing internal audit processes, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
- Experience in Internal Controls and Accounting
- Proficiency in conducting Financial Audits
- Experience in IT audit
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus
2.) IT Audit Officer
Job Location: Nigeria
Job type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Description
- We are seeking an IT Audit Officer who will be responsible for conducting audits of the organization’s information technology systems, infrastructure, and operations.
- This critical role involves evaluating the effectiveness of IT controls, risk management practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- The IT Audit Officer provides independent and objective assessments to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of the IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute risk-based IT audit plans and programs to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct audits of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure, including network security, data protection, and disaster recovery.
- Review and evaluate IT processes and controls to ensure they align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and assess IT-related risks, including cybersecurity threats, data breaches, and system vulnerabilities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of IT risk management practices and recommend improvements.
- Ensure IT audits are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions have been implemented and are effective.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of IT audit methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to IT risk and control improvements.
- Stay current with changes in IT regulations, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Work closely with IT departments, including security, infrastructure, and application teams, to understand their processes and controls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT management and staff to facilitate effective audit processes and communications.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- A master’s degree, professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) in related areas are preferred.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in in IT auditing, information security, or a related field, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT audit standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in auditing IT systems, network security, data protection, and compliance with IT regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in in IT audit tools and software.

3.) Backend Engineering Manager

- Software Development expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and NodeJS
