1.) Digital Account Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients for digital projects.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their goals and objectives and maintaining frequent contact.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
• Set digital strategies for your assigned clients, considering their specific requirements.
• Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI.
• Develop creative briefs for client projects.
• Address client queries effectively and on time
• Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns stay within budget while maximizing results.
• Stay up to date with digital technology, marketing & industry trends.
• Attend and present at monthly and quarterly project/client reviews.
• Develop and Present social media strategies to clients.
• Develop social media content pillars and calendars.
• Monitor and Analyze digital campaigns.
• Report on digital strategy performance
• Assist in the planning and execution of brand/company events.
• Attend company/brand executions and events.
• Any other job-related duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least four (4) years as a Digital Account Manager or in a similar role within a marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Certificate in Digital Marketing will be an asset.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms).
• Previous Brand management experience
• Proficiency in using the Meta suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Good proofreading and copywriting skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Growth orientation and openness to training and development.

2.) Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to improve search engine rankings for agency and assigned clients.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and structured data.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
• Implement strategies to improve local search rankings for clients with physical locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
• Experience with e-commerce and WordPress SEO is a bonus.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
