1.) Customer Service Officer

Job Description
- As our company continues to expand its operations, we are actively searchingfor an experiencedCustomer Service Officer to join our Brands and Marketing team.
- As theCustomer Service Officer, you will be responsible formanaging interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring that each customer experience aligns with the company’s core values.
- Reporting to the Brands and Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the marketing team to gather insights from customer feedback and contribute to the overall customer experience strategy.
- Your goal is to build strong relationships with our customers, foster loyalty, and ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service excellence.
Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction and Experience:
- Consistently provide high-quality service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
- Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. Proactively make recommendations based on insights gathered to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all customer issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction within the company’s specified time frame (e.g., within 24 hours).
- Tailor interactions to meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer, ensuring that they feel valued and understood throughout their engagement.
Product Knowledge and Support:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
- Ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and policies.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products, features, and updates, enabling you to provide the best possible support.
Issue Resolution and Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied with the outcome.
- Identify situations that require escalation to higher-level support and follow through until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues to prevent future occurrences and improve overall service quality.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring that all customer interactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about industry best practices in customer service and integrate these practices into daily operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all customer interactions.
Customer Retention and Loyalty:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Engage with customers proactively to address potential concerns before they escalate and to inform them about new products or services that may be of interest.
- Promote and support customer loyalty programs, helping to identify opportunities for customer engagement and reward.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the food & beverage or QSR industry.
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations calmly.

2.) Audit Officer

Job Summary
- As our company continues to expand its operations, we are actively searching for an experienced Audit Officer to join our Audit and compliance team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible forconducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the company’s internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices.
- This role involves evaluating financial and operational systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and identifying areas for improvement.
- The Audit Officer will work closely with various departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and provide recommendations for enhancing efficiency and mitigating risks
Key Responsibilities
Internal Audit Planning and Execution:
- Assist in developing and implementing a risk-based audit plan, including the scope, objectives, and methodology for each audit assignment.
- Identify key risk areas and prioritize audits accordingly.
- Conduct audits of financial and operational processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Perform tests and evaluations of internal controls to determine their effectiveness.
Risk Assessment and Management:
- Identify potential risks within business processes and assess their impact on the organization.
- Assist in developing strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure their effective implementation.
- Prepare and present audit reports that highlight key findings, risks, and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
Compliance and Regulatory Audits:
- Ensure that the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct audits to assess compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Review and evaluate the company’s adherence to internal policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
Financial Audits:
- Assist in evaluating the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, ensuring that they reflect the true financial position of the company.
- Verify the integrity of financial records and transactions, including reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Conduct audits of expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy, legitimacy, and compliance with company policies.
Operational Audits:
- Review operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Recommend changes to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Audit the management and utilization of company assets, ensuring proper documentation, usage, and safeguarding of assets.
Continuous Improvement and Training:
- Identify opportunities to improve the audit process, including the use of new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance auditing skills and knowledge.
- Provide training and guidance to junior audit staff, if applicable.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of audit procedures, findings, and recommendations.
- Ensure that all audit documentation meets internal standards and can support audit conclusions.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports that clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to management.
- Present audit results and discuss potential improvements with relevant departments.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or ACCA are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in the QSR, food and beverage, or hospitality industries is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes, identify risks, and propose practical solutions.

- The Procurement Officer will work closely with the operations, finance, store, and kitchen teams to support the smooth functioning of restaurant operations, and the company while adhering to budgetary constraints and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Management:
- Assist in identifying and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
- Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure adherence to contractual agreements and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply and negotiate favorable terms.
- Assist in handling negotiations to achieve the best pricing and service terms without compromising quality.
Purchasing and Inventory Control:
- Place orders for products and materials needed for daily operations, ensuring all purchases align with the company's quality standards and budget.
- Track and manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, ensuring timely receipt of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, using data-driven techniques to forecast demand.
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Strategic Sourcing:
- Explore and develop relationships with a diverse range of suppliers, including local and sustainable sources.

- Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, supplier performance, and cost savings to senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, such as cost savings, delivery times, and supplier quality, and take corrective actions as needed.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the kitchen, operations, and finance teams to understand their needs and provide support through efficient procurement.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications / Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, administration or related fields.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, inventory management, or vendor relations is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of procurement software or tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly MS Excel).
