1.) Business Development Manager
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead and manage the business development team to ensure the achievement of sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective business strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and brand.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2 - 3 experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or a relevant role in the engineering industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to business development.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.

2.) Business Service Manager
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description
- The Business Service Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the company's service operations.
- This individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, ensuring quality service delivery, and overseeing all aspects of the business service portfolio.
- This role requires a strong background in facility management, energy solutions, business development, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored service solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring regular communication, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facility management, solar power solutions, and generator maintenance.
- Develop strategies to expand DMV’s market share by targeting potential clients in various sectors such as industrial, commercial, and residential.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and bids for new projects.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for service innovation.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s service offerings, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and field teams to ensure timely and professional service delivery in facility management and generator maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, health and safety standards, and DMV's internal policies.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple service projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Track and report project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, operational costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Allocate resources effectively, balancing project demands with staff capacity.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage service budgets, ensuring that the business unit meets its financial targets.
- Analyze financial data to make informed decisions about resource allocation, cost-cutting opportunities, and revenue growth strategies.
- Review client contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms are met and invoices are issued on time.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage, mentor, and develop the business services team, including field service engineers, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff, identifying areas for professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior business service or operations management role, preferably within facility management, energy solutions, or engineering services.
- Proven experience in business development and managing client relationships.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Facility Management (IFMA, FMP) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Salary
N250,000 Monthly.

3.) Title: Driver
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Transporting clients and employees.
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
- Delivering packages to customers in a timely manner.
- Working at night and on weekends.
- Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
- Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
- Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
- Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
- Interacting with clients in professional conduct.
- Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
- Updating monthly mileage records.
- Driving a variety of vehicles, including motorbikes, cars, buses and trucks.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license.
- 1-year of driving experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the operating area.
- Physical strength and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal communication.
- Proficiency using GPS devices.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
