Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business.
• As an ideal candidate, you'll have a proven track record in operations management within the FMCG sector, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of FMCG production and distribution
• Manage supply chain logistics and inventory control
• Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Lead, train, and motivate operational teams
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement departments
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Manage budgets and optimize operational costs
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
• 3 - 7 years of proven experience in FMCG operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
