OPERATION OFFICER (LAGOS)

Amongst other services, we work with our clients to design and implement the necessary framework from recruitment of the right employees to identification of training and manpower development needs; design training and manpower development programmes; implement the identified programmes and carry out post training evaluation to measure the impact and effectiveness of our trainings on the competencies of participants in their assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Our Client, a Consumer Lending Company is urgently recruiting for various positions.

Job Title: Operations Officer (Lagos)

Job Overview:

The Operations officer will work with other team members and be responsible for day-to-day operation-related activities of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creation of customer records
• Creation and updating of loan records
• Booking of loans
• Monthly reconciliation of loan repayment schedules.
• Loan disbursement.
• Computing Customers’ loan balances.
• Maintain adequate customers’ transaction records
• Collation and submission of deduction schedules.
• Any other relevant duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Applicants

• Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree/ Higher National Degree programme in Accounting, Economics, Statistics or any related field with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower.
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps.
• Could have relevant professional qualification, which will be an added advantage.
• One year post NYSC working experience with the Finance industry is an added advantage.
• Must have proficient skills in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Must have strong analytical and communication skill.
