Job Position: Operational Excellence Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Description 

• Analyze data to Identify opportunities for Improvement in existing processes.
• Work with management to determine the strategy for new Initiatives.
• Communicate with staff about process changes in order to ensure that employees are fully knowledgeable about new procedures.
• Help promote the company’s culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Make Important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Review employee performance to ensure that they are adhering to new processes.
• Create reports detailing the results of process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the progress of process Improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Motivate employees to Improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Work with the Lead, people operations and culture finance, and head of operations to Identify opportunities for Improvement and Implement solutions.
• Send a weekly report to Lead, PO & C & Lead, Finance and operations on operational excellence.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 4 - 5 years of work experience.
