Job Position: Operations / Customer Experience Clerk

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Tagging & taking records of all clothes picked up
• Monitor the activities of the washmen/ironers/drivers.
• In charge of quality assurance (all washed clothes & all ironed clothes must have been verified by you
• Update the daily register & ensure each worker signs to what he has washed/starched & ironed.
• Inventory taking & stock keeping (to manage / monitor the use of materials)
• All customers must have an update of their bill at least twice
• Communicate deliveries and ensure prompt deliveries.
• Ensure >70% customer retention
