Job Description

• The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support Zulwa’s needs.
• It is imperative that the candidate for this position is able to create detailed and innovative strategies.
• This management position is reserved for a bright, dedicated and ambitious individuals willing to be a coveted contributor and a major team player in achieving the elaborate vision set out by the company.
• The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.
• The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the real estate and business development scene.

Responsibilities

• Contributes towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Manage the daily functions of the company
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost
• Researching new technologies, nosiness strategies and alternative methods of efficiency

Job Qualifications

• Comfort working with multiple groups in the company.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Basic IT skills (database management, MS Office)
• Budget development and oversight experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of organization
