We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited institution, complemented by a Masters or MBA degree with emphasis on finance.
• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of post qualification experience in a leading financial services institution, with at least 3 years of being a managerial position.
• Any other certifications in a related professional body would be an added advantage.
• Understanding and experience of operations and treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and financial industry standards.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, processes, and systems.
• Proficiency in using financial software, CRM systems, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
