Dijo Waste Services handles waste collection (including sewage), treatment and disposal. Our mission is to provide effective and reliable waste services in a sustainable manner.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Communication: manages communication with customers (phone, text, email, social media), 3-PL & vendors providers to ensure smooth operations
• Process: establishes processes to make operations repeatable and scalable
• Data Management: leverages excel/google sheets to create and store business records
• Business Development: discovers and explores new business opportunities, manages expansion and creates strategic partnerships

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, OND or HND qualification
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Skills
• Handle social media accounts (including, developing content)
• Previously worked in a customer service/operations role

Remuneration

• N50,000 - N75,000 Base Salary
• Incentives (% of revenue)
• Share allocation upon confirmation..
