Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Akoka, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

• As Operations Manager, you will work with admin manager in ensuring seamless operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate chefs, alases, bartender and kitchen assistants fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Manage daily operations, including service booking, logistics, procurement of food ingredients for customers, cooking of customer’s food and serving of food to customers.
• Execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure high standards of customer service by training and developing staff and addressing customer feedback and concerns quickly.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to meet budgetary goals.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure highest level of safety, hygiene and quality of food and ingredients.
• Handle administrative tasks such as financial reporting and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, English, or Food / Hospitality field.
• Proven experience in a fine dining environment and restaurant management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to keep customers very satisfied and happy.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including procurement, inventory management, food hygiene, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in pc and mobile software
• Candidates should stay in yaba/akoka environs.

Remuneration

• N100,000 monthly.
