Job Description

• Seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the day-to-day operations of the company.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management, process optimization, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
Operational Strategy:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with the company's strategic objectives.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement changes and initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Resource Management:

• Monitor and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to ensure optimal utilization.
• Work closely with relevant departments to address resource needs.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure high standards in service delivery.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence.

Budget Management:

• Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the operations budget.
• Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Vendor Management:

• Oversee relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in the media or related industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management.
