Job Summary

• As the OperationsManager, you will oversee daily business operations, drive sales growth, manage inventory and finances, and ensure efficient coordination between production, retail, and sales functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across production and retail units
• Drive sales growth through business planning, partnerships, and customer management
• Manage inventory, pricing, and basic financial reporting
• Coordinate teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business or operations management, preferably in fashion or retail
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good financial awareness and ability to manage business operations effectively.

Salary
N170,000 - N250,000 / month
