Job Description


  • We seek to engage a detail-oriented and highly skilled individual to fill the role of an Operations Supervisor / Operations Manager.
  • Oversee the administration of the office, and its operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running.
  • Act as an interface between the production, and design departments, and the customer.
  • Develop and review operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery.
  • Implement and manage Quality control of all items produced
  • Manage operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Monitor product standards of all garments produced.
  • Planned, select, and oversee daily sewing operations, supplies, and equipment for smooth project delivery.
  • Present reports defining job progress, problems, and solutions.

Criteria & Required Qualifications

  • OND, BSc, HND in any field
  • Proven sewing work experience (3-5 years)
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Supervisor/Manager
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Street smart and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Innovative
  • Previous experience in a fashion company is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Leadership skills
  • Proximity to the office will be considered

Experience Level:

  • 3-5 years

Age Range:

  • 30 years and above

Salary Range
N70,000  - N100,000 monthly.
