Summary

• Bridge Credit Limited is recruiting an Operations Officer to support its expanding operations team.
• This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in loan booking, reconciliations, and credit transaction management.

Job Summary

• Accurately book of disbursed customer loans on core banking application (CBA)
• Credit transaction updates
• Reconcile loan product portfolios and generate timely reports
• Respond to customer complaints and enquiries within TAT
• Liquidate loans after verifying payment confirmations
• Handle loan booking issues/enquiries from internal audit and finance
• Attend to credit transaction issues and resolve within TAT

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Accounting or related field
• 2 - 4 years of experience in a fintech or microfinance institution
• Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA) are an added advantage
• Relevant experience in financial services and knowledge of regulatory standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
