TruPurpose Job Shop Limited - Our client, an Automobile company, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Officer

Job Location: Total Garden, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assisting with hiring & training of new support staff
• Ensure the secure opening & closing of the premises of the company
• Maintain accurate inventory & ordering of supplies & equipment
• Ensure that the garage is in compliance with all safety & regulatory standard, including OSHA regulations & environmental regulations.
• Monitor & maintain the facility's equipment & machinery, including scheduling regular maintenance & repairs
• Liase with public utility service providers to ensure that utilities are provided
• Participate in the development of the annual operational & capital budgets
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the garage, including managing staff, coordinating repairs & maintenance, & ensuring that the facility is clean & well-maintained
• Implement & enforce policies & procedures for the garage including protocols & customer service standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree . Academic background in accounting or a related discipline is necessary
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role
• Customer service-oriented
• Hands-on experience in the following is needed: Inventory, Procurement, Documentation, & Logistics.
• Must be a Male
• Above 24 years old

Salary
N40,000 - N45,000 / Month
