Summary

• We're seeking a results-driven Payroll Loan Marketer to promote our payroll loan products to employers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote payroll loan products
• Identify and target potential clients (employers and employees)
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive loan sales and revenue growth
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Create marketing materials (e.g., emails, brochures, social media content)
• Manage campaigns and track performance metrics
• Build relationships with HR and payroll administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., email, social media, analytics)
• Understanding of payroll and loan products a plus.
