Job Summary
- Our client in the supply chain sector is currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in Ado-Ekiti.
 - The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Managing Director's schedule, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
 
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
 - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
 - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
 - Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations as requested by the Managing Director.
 - Coordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and operations.
 - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the Managing Director.
 - Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
 - Assist with personal tasks and errands for the Managing Director as needed.
 - Manage expenses and prepare expense reports for the Managing Director.
 - Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 - Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
 - Experience in a similar role within the supply chain industry.
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
 - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
 - Familiarity with logistics and inventory management software.
