Job Position: Pharmacy Sales Assistant

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Description

• We looking for a pharmacy sales assistant with 2 to 3 years of experience who will join the drugstore.ng customer service team.
• Please apply if you are passionate about health and wellbeing and Love delivering exceptional Patient care. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll support the Pharmacy team to deliver great service to customers in our fast-paced working environment.
• Remote options available on select days

Responsibilities include:

• Support the Pharmacy team by improving counter and digital sales and stock replenishment
• Manage incoming phone calls and chats
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Present a professional image. Build relationships, communicate openly, educate customers, manage customer needs and proactively work with other departments
• Delivering excellent customer service above and beyond customer expectations
• Works with management to resolve customer complaints
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

• HND /B.Sc
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in pharmacy sales assistant/customer service
• IT savvy
• Good communication skill
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-confidence
