Job Description / Responsibilities
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP):


  • Drive S&OP process in Nigeria & Ghana, ensuring necessary meetings are held with relevant stakeholders and reports generated timely.

Demand / Supply Planning:

  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers and impactors, prepare forecast data, and develop statistical forecast models. Planning for  replenishment of packaging and finished products.

Material Requirement Planning (MRP): 

  • Determination of products to procure, quantity and exact time to procure to ensure inventory levels are attained according to stock policy.

Warehousing:

  • Ensure warehouse complies with Diversey QHSE policy, and prompt escalation of any safety or quality issue.

Stock Integrity:

  • Overall responsibility for stock variances and adjustment. Ensure alignment of physical and system stock figures
  • Monitor shelf life of products. Raise request for shelf life extension before product expiration
  • Co –ordination of stock count exercise and prompt reconciliation with Brenntag and Diversey sites.

Contract Manufacturing:

  • Overall responsibility in management of contract manufacturers   (Product rolling forecasts, RM planning and stock monitoring, production planning, ensuring finished products are available to customers in line with our stock policy).

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • University Degree in a Business related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in either logistics, clearing and forwarding or inventory.
  • Professional training or certification in Purchasing, Supplies Management, inventory or demand and supply planning from a reputable institution.
  • Knowledge of SAP is Mandatory.
  • Must possess analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently as well as part of the team.
