PRIDE-Initiative: is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) established to support Nigerian women, children and youth group for self-growth and development during and after emergencies, we are also, committed to promote, advocate, support and empower women, youths and vulnerable children through proactive project and programmes.
Our support has contributed in mitigating behavioural change of Nigerians especially in north-east humanitarian crisis towards women, youth and children’s plight. We envision a Nigerian society where all persons are able to freely access information, socio-economic facilities and support to utilize these for their personal well-being and sustainability.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Volunteer
Job Locations: Katsina, Niger, Sokoto and Zamfara
Employment Type: Volunteer
Responsibilities
- Understanding your role and responsibilities as well as the rules and safety regulations of the organization.
- Completing the relevant training and asking questions if you are uncertain about anything.
- Completing all duties assigned by the supervisor and reporting any issues immediately.
- Observing the rules and safety regulations of the organization while carrying out tasks.
- Arriving on time for duty and remaining professional in your interactions with all stakeholders.
- Making recommendations for improvement where feasible and appropriate.
- Delivering presentations or reports if necessary.
- Communicating with the supervisor or relevant stakeholders when you are running late or unable to fulfil your duties.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
- Completion of relevant training might be required.
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- A high degree of professionalism and the ability to follow instructions.
- Respect and diligence.
- Good time management and reliable transport.
- A personable manner.
