Pecroyal Educonsult was established in April, 2016 to work with school owners to ensure that their schools are run in line with International Best Practices thereby meeting up with Internal Standards. We help manage school’s finances, ensure increased cash in-flow and reduce operational cost. In addition to these, we help build a committed and dedicated work force that will work as a team to achieve the school’s vision.

We are recruiting for our client school, a Nursery / Primary school of international standard located at Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos to fill the position below:

Job Position: Primary Sectional Head
Job Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the Primary School in line with the school's Mission statement.
• The Primary Sectional Head will provide direction for the primary school and promote the aims of the school through the implementation of the school's policies.

Requirements and Skills
The ideal candidate must:

• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be a team player; ready to build and develop other team members.
• Be ready to lead by example.
• Be creative and a problem solver.
• Be digitally literate.
• Be familiar with the use of various online platforms for virtual education.
• Have a working knowledge of The British and Nigerian National Curricula.
• Have an outstanding communication skill.
• Possess strong work ethics.

Qualifications

• B.Ed / P.G.D.E, M.Ed (Candidate must be accredited by TRCN)
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience in as an educator out of which 3 years must be in a leadership position.
• Location: Proximity to Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos is key.

Salary
NGN50,000 - NGN100,000 / Month.
