Job Position: Procurement Officer II (Female)

Job Location: Dei Dei, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking for a proactive and organized Procurement Officer to support our engineering and glass production projects.
• This role involves managing the full procurement process, working closely with suppliers and project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for engineering and production projects
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers for favorable terms
• Collaborate with project managers to understand material and component requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project milestones
• Source and evaluate vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Handle other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in the use of Computer, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Must reside within Kubwa, Dei-Dei, or Dutse axis
• Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
