Job Position: Procurement Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Description

• We are currently looking to fill the position of Procurement Officer.
• You will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality for the most favorable conditions for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Proper plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Attention to detail.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 monthly.
