Job Position: Product Manager

Job Location: Abuja
Duration: 3 Months Contract

Job Description

• We are looking for a Product Manager to join us full time for 3 months on our pilot program where 10 top tier startups from Nigeria receive mentorship from our sponsoring corporates, partners and investors.
• The programme is a world-class immersive programme covering every aspect of business and entrepreneurship development, which ranks our
• Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs) among the most well-rounded startup coaches on the continent.

Jobs to be Done
The Product Manager will be required to do the following:

• Responsible for innovation and assisting in first product release
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
• Aid the startups in assessing what products are in demand and worth selling and what their target market is.
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
• Work with marketing managers to help create marketing plans and promotions based upon your predictions.

Skills & Requirements
The Product Manager will be required to have the following:

• +1 years business operations and strategies experience
• +2 years in IT and scrum development experience
• Experience in working with startup companies
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
