We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Production Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Overseeing the production processes to ensure products conforms to quality requirements.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Communicate daily/weekly and monthly production progress to the manager
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
• Enforce the implementation of Standard operating procedures for all production activities in the factory
• Be capable to lead a group of people and organising trainings for production assistants
• Ensure the right coding and labels are attached to finished goods as required per batch.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
