Ltd has vast experience in civil engineering and building construction, material procurement and supply , project management as well as facility management.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Project Architect
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Must posses extensive experience with drafting building plans and blueprints.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion and successfully manage schedules and set project timelines
• Ability to communicate effectively and successfully lead, manage teams; including contractors and other personnels
• Must be firm, bold and outspoken in coordination of site activities
• Conferring with engineers and others to discuss existing or potential construction projects.
• Meeting with clients to discuss progress, clear up questions that arise during the construction process, and report on site development
• Frequent site visits throughout the construction project to monitor contractor progress, answer questions that may arise, and ensure that milestones are completed according to the project timeline.
• Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential architectural works.
• Supervising or training project team members.
• Have a solid grasp on project budgeting to ensure profitability; determining material needs and costs and reviewing contractor estimates during the planning phase
• Working with technical team, sub-contractors and a variety of artisans

Job Requirements
Person must:

• Ability to prepare, design, and interpret architectural drawings
• Ability to prepare 3D designs
• Ability to prepare working and construction drawings
• Must be able to use a drawing tool such as AutoCAD
• Ability to carry out all the listed items in job description diligently and professionally
• Depth knowledge of project management, knowledge of construction and interior works

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Project Architect
• Added Advantage: registration with Nigerian institute of architect (NIA) and architect Registration council of Nigeria (ARCON)
• Experience: 3-5 years
