Job Description

• The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and construction, ensuring strategy, commitment, and goals are maintained.
• The incumbent will be committed to assuring project quality, meeting approved budgets and scheduled deadlines and overseeing quality control throughout project cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering as required.
• 5+ years of related experience in construction.
• Experience in Construction Management, Project Management; Commercial,
• Residential Multifamily developments.
• Track record of proven techniques and practices of project construction supervision over various pects of design and construction phases for relevant projects.
