Job Description

• Spazio Interior design company in Lagos is looking for a project manager to work in Nigeria.
• The Project Manager will work with VIP clients. Please visit our website to check out a type of projects, that we provide.
• The position is required business travel between the cities of Nigeria.
• Candidates from Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Kano are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• The design manager will lead project works in Nigeria.
• Ensuring team deliverables are met within required timeframes.
• Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, sketches or specifications to the team, so that they may be drawn, fabricated, constructed, assembled and modified so as to be fit for purpose.
• Maintain and monitor schedule for the team on day to day basis.
• Should able to structure brief from client and propose design intent/concept
• Experience in designing and delivering projects in an effective & timely manner.
• Should be experienced in leading client presentations and be able to explain the creativity behind the idea well to clients.

Basic Requirements

• Experience working in real estate, interior design, constructing is an added advantage
• Experience working with luxury brands is an added advantage
• Fluently communicate in English (spoken & written)
