Job Position: Project Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• As the Project Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to implement their design, build and service solutions for the rail industry, ensuring delivery, stakeholder engagement, and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Safe project delivery to specified objectives, adhering to the Business Management System
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee procurement, subcontracting, and contract management.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to meet customer needs
• Oversee system integration and ensure supply chain efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure the project adheres to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare Project Management Reporting Packs
• Provide KPI metrics
• Create and maintain Project WBS structures
• Monitor project Milestone delivery

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage projects including interfacing and reporting to clients, monitoring and managing budget
• and schedules, and general project coordination
• Overview and provide leadership on technical design and deliverable requirements
• Plan, organize and work with technical groups in the delivery of rail engineering project requirements
• including the provision of technical support to designers
• Provide support to business development and strategic initiatives, including preparation of proposals
