Job Position: Project Sales Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Develop & implement sales and marketing plans.
• Initiate, develop and convert potential businesses. 3. Have the ability to take basic civil measurements
• Eloquent and passionate about their work 5. Plan and monitor advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
• Meet with key clients; establish and maintain business relationships with key clients.
• Negotiate and close business deals (business conversion).
• Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
• Organize sales visit and technical days.
• Identify and establishing new business
• Prepare tenders, proposals and quotations.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
• Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions of service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and literature
• Liaise with existing clients
• Provide product education and advice.

Requirements

• Candidates' should possess strong analytical, technical & organizational skill in the built industry good communication, Sales and commercial, problem-solving skills.
• A minimum of a degree in Civil or Building Engineering, Quantity Survey or related disciplines.
• Field experience and sales experience is required.
