We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Public Relation Associate

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports.
• Coordinate logistics for media events, interviews, and press conferences.
• Support social media efforts by creating engaging content and monitoring online conversations.
• Conduct research to identify PR opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR efforts align with overall marketing objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field with 1-2 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and a deep understanding of youth culture and talents.
• Previous internship or work experience in PR, communications, or related fields is a plus.
