Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must possess a good Bachelor's Degree (minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Public Relations with at least three years post-qualification cognate work experience or a Master's Degree in Public Relations.
• The candidate must be proficient in the art of mastering ceremonies.
