Job Summary

• The Purchasing Officer is responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing the delivery of facility equipment for the dental clinic. This includes dental chairs, sterilization equipment, imaging devices, and other clinic infrastructure, ensuring all purchases are cost-effective, high-quality, and in compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement of Equipment: Source and purchase facility and dental equipment (e.g., dental chairs, X-ray machines, sterilizers).
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, quality, and timely deliveries.
• Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory levels of facility equipment, ensuring timely replacements and repairs.
• Budget Management: Work with management to ensure equipment purchases stay within budget and identify cost-effective options.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all equipment meets regulatory standards and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical and maintenance staff to understand equipment needs and provide support.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree in relevant fields with 1 - 3 years of work experience.
