Job Position: QHSE Manager
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced QHSE Manager to oversee and implementhealth, safety, and environmental (HSE) management system in our client's office.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in QHSE management, with a strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and other related standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QHSE management system that aligns with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015standards.
• Conduct regular QHSE audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards and risks.
• Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of safety incidents.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Provide training and education to employees on health, safety, and environmental issues.
• Manage and maintain QHSE documentation and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management, or a related field.
• CertifificateinISO 9001:2015,ISO 45001:2018, other related standards.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE management.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with risk assessment and management.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
• Experience with Audits
