Role summary

• We are hiring for our client, a Quality Control Manager to oversee and maintain high-quality standards across all production processes.
• Candidates with experience in pasta or milling operations are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce quality control procedures to ensure product consistency.
• Ensure full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train and guide production staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, compliance, and R&D.
• Maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control management role within the food or agro-allied sector.
• Prior experience in pasta production or milling is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems and regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Calabar or nearby states.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
