The company specializes in the export of solid minerals and agricultural products, sourcing the finest raw materials from local markets to meet international demand. Neveah has now expanded into manufacturing, focusing on the recycling of aluminum and copper to produce ingots for export, further strengthening its global footprint.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Control Officer

Job Location: Mowe (Lagos-Ibadan Expressway), Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Department/unit: Quality assurance & control
Directly reports to: QA/QC manager
Internal interactions: Production, HSE, Maintenance.

Role Overview

• Ensure recycled metals meet customer and regulatory quality standards through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute QC test plans per ISO9001 standards.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products; record and analyze data.
• Calibrate and maintain lab instruments; ensure traceability.
• Collaborate in root?cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

Smart KPIs

• First Pass Yield: ≥98% per production batch.
• Customer Rejections: <1% defect rate in shipments.
• Calibration Compliance: 100% instruments calibrated on schedule.
• Corrective Actions: Resolve ≥90% of NCRs within 30 days.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related fields
• 5 years of QC experience, including 2 in manufacturing.
• Must have experience in Aluminum /Copper/ Metals Quality control

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in SPC and quality management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
