Complete Cost Surveyors is a firm of chartered Quantity Surveyor and development consultants located in Oniru, Victoria Island Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Job Objective

• To maximize project margin and add value to the construction process by proactive involvement in procurement, cost management and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Estimating and cost planning.
• Procurement advice.
• Tender document preparation and Tender reporting.
• Contract administration and cost control
• Interim valuations.
• Cost reporting Final account preparation.
• Contract and dispute advice.
• Carrying out Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator / Project Manager Instructions.
• To attend meetings and undertake site visits.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must hold a Quantity Survey Degree.
• Keen to develop knowledge, skills and ability.
• Must have handled Quantity Surveying projects alone, producing all deliverable such as Recitals/ Preambles/ Contract Conditions/Supplementary Conditions/ Preliminaries/ Bill of Quantities/ Post contract supervision and documentation according to quality standards and client specification.
• Innovative,creative and proactive thinker
• Work well with others to obtain necessary information to carry out Tender/Contract documents.
• Organised, smart and willing to learn.
