Gemona West Interior Design Studio, an Interior Design Studio located in Lekki Phase1, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quantity Surveyor Assistant
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of project activities in accordance with the work plan
• Administer contracts with service providers and vendors.
• Collect, compile and organise background materials, documents and other materials for meetings.
• Compile project reports.
• Prepare administrative documents, collect and compile inputs to documents e.g. process documentation, emails.
• Draft routine correspondence for project implementation e.g. installation guides.
• Assist in procurement processes for projects.
• Prepare inputs to reports, summaries, graphs and inputs to presentations in support of various project activities

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Quantity Surveying or any other science-related field
• 2 - 3 years experience in Quantity Surveying
• Ability to multitask and take ownership of a project
• Have great communication skill
• Ability to manage clients expectations and deliverables
• Preferably living on the Lekki /Ajah Axis
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good team player.
